Y Soft is a privately held Czech technology company headquartered in Brno. Founded in 2000 by Václav Muchna and Martin de Martini, it developed from a university-related student project into a multinational provider of enterprise print-management and document-capture technology. Y Soft began in 2000 in Brno, Czech Republic, when Václav Muchna and Martin de Martini developed the company out of a student project associated with Masaryk University.
