Izumo

Izumo Hoken (Kabushiki Kaisha Izumo Hoken) is an insurance agency located in Tokyo. It handles damage insurance, life insurance, and small-amount short-term insurance, representing 18 insurance companies. The company was founded by Goto Kazuichi in 1960 as an individual damage insurance agency, and was incorporated in 1965 as Kabushiki Kaisha Izumo Hoken.

The company was founded in 1960 by Goto Kazuichi as an individual damage insurance agency. In 1965, it was reorganized into a corporation and registered as Kabushiki Kaisha Izumo Hoken. In 1976, it became an agency for life insurance companies and started soliciting life insurance. In 1995, Yuzo Fumita became the second representative director. In 2001, Shozo Matsushima became the third representative director. Currently, it sells insurance products from a total of 18 companies, including damage insurance, life insurance, and small-amount short-term insurance companies.
