HOIA homespa is an Estonian natural cosmetic brand rooted in Saaremaa, Estonia’s largest island, located in UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The brand makes natural skincare in small batches, by hand, in Kuressaare. Every formula combines organic oils and butters with world-class actives. The brand offers over 130 products including face care, body care, hair care, men's, baby products, and gift sets. It also has a physical store at Pikk 54a in Kuressaare.

HOIA homespa started around 2015 in Kuressaare, on the island of Saaremaa. The founder, Triinu, began making her own skincare products after frustration with commercial products. When friends and family started asking where they could buy the products, HOIA homespa became a real thing. The brand makes products by hand in small batches in Kuressaare.
