The Flodraulic Group is a collection of companies with branches throughout the United States, Canada and Italy. It was founded in 1980 in Toronto, Canada, and has grown to include a network of branches throughout North America and Europe. The company offers expertise in fluid power, electrical and mechanical technologies.

Flodraulic Group was founded in 1980 in Toronto, Canada by Ed Stock and Lou Laskis as a full-service fluid power design and manufacturing company. In the 1980s, it grew across Canada and internationally. In 1997, it expanded to the United States with its first office in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1998, it acquired Modular Fluid Power in Canada. In 2003, it acquired the assets of Primetech with locations in Indiana, California and Ohio. In 2004, it established additional US offices in Michigan, Arizona and Ohio. In 2006, it expanded with an office in Edmonton, Alberta. In 2008, it acquired North American Hydraulics and Automation Engineering. In 2011, it acquired Omniflex and Georgian Hose. In 2013, it acquired RHM Fluid Power in Michigan. In 2016, it acquired Oleobi Hydraulic Systems in Bologna, Italy.
