Dashi Douraku is a versatile seasoning produced by Nitanda Soy Sauce (有限会社二反田醤油) on Etajima Island in Hiroshima Prefecture. The company was established in Heisei 3 (1991). The product was commercialized in 2003, and vending machine sales began in 2007. The seasoning is made with carefully selected domestic ingredients, with whole ingredients placed in bottles and aged to bring out umami.
