Cutter Aviation, founded in 1928 by William P. Cutter, is a leading family-owned and operated FBO and aviation services company in the Southwestern United States. It provides aircraft sales, charter, maintenance, and FBO services across multiple locations.

Cutter Aviation was founded in 1928 by William P. Cutter as Cutter Flying Service Inc. in Albuquerque, NM. It is one of the first FBOs in the country, built only two years after the Air Commerce Act of 1926. The company survived the Great Depression and World War II by providing air charter services for reaching ranches, towns, and businesses across New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. It also offered aircraft sales, line and fuel services as a Phillips 66 Aviation fuel dealer beginning in 1938, and aircraft maintenance. In the post-war years, Cutter continued to grow, expanding west and becoming known internationally as the premier aircraft sales and services provider in the Southwest.
