Colorful

Colorful is a Chinese computer hardware and gaming technology brand established in 1995. Its official company profile describes it as a comprehensive company integrating independent development, production, and sales, and says it holds the largest share of the Chinese graphics card market. The company also describes itself as a strategic partner of NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel in China. Graphics cards are central to the brand’s offering. Its product range also includes motherboards, solid-state drives, memory, gaming PCs, laptops, mini PCs, keyboards, and AI servers. The company has extended its brand portfolio through iGame, a high-end gaming sub-brand with product families including Vulcan, Neptune, Advanced, and Ultra. The official homepage additionally presents COLORFIRE-branded gaming PC products and Colorful Hi-fi audio products. Colorful’s announcements and product references point to activity in multiple markets. Its official site reports a strategic partnership with Japanese distributor CFD Sales to develop its presence in Japan, an AI image contest in South Korea, and a keyboard launch in the Philippines. The available evidence does not identify the company’s headquarters, founder, parent company, or current executives. Its corporate ownership and listed status are therefore not specified here.

Colorful was established in 1995. Its official company profile characterizes the business as a comprehensive company integrating independent product development, manufacturing, and sales. It identifies graphics cards as a central business and claims Colorful holds the largest share of the Chinese graphics card market. The company also describes itself as a strategic partner of NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel in China. The supplied material does not name the founders or provide a more detailed account of the company’s early years. The iGame brand became a prominent part of Colorful’s gaming portfolio. According to the company’s history page, iGame underwent a full upgrade as a high-end sub-brand. Its named product families—Vulcan, Neptune, Advanced, and Ultra—were presented with distinct design or product concepts: future technology, water cooling, metal materials and lighting, and a youthful, trend-oriented style, respectively. Colorful says the upgraded product families received recognition from gamers after two generations of product development. The company’s later product development expanded beyond graphics cards and gaming components. Its official history identifies 2024 as the year it introduced the EPOCH Series, described as its first AI PC, and launched mini PCs. In 2025, it introduced the lightweight Rimbook Series, a new keyboard line, and AI servers. These launches indicate an expansion into additional personal computing and AI-related hardware categories. The homepage also lists products such as graphics cards, motherboards, SSDs, memory, gaming PCs, and laptops. The company has also pursued international market activity. Its homepage reports a strategic partnership with CFD Sales Inc. as part of a renewed move into Japan. It also publicizes an AI image creation contest in South Korea and a COLORFUL MECH QY98 keyboard launch in the Philippines. These announcements document activity in those markets, but the supplied evidence does not establish the full extent of Colorful’s international distribution. The company history page includes a section labeled 2026 describing further launches and product developments: the return of the iGame ULTRA Series in black for RTX 50 Series graphics cards; compact iGame Mini and high-performance Super Battle-Ax motherboard series; a limited-edition 007 First Light graphics card; and the COLORFUL MECH QY98 keyboard’s launch in the Philippines. The source presents these items as 2026 history, but does not provide more detailed dates. The available sources do not state Colorful’s headquarters, founder, ownership, listing status, or executive leadership.
