Overview

China Guodian Corporation was one of China's five major power generation groups, established in 2002, mainly engaged in power generation, heat supply, coal development, etc. In 2017, Guodian merged with Shenhua Group to form China Energy Investment Corporation, and Guodian was subsequently deregistered.
