Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd (ZACL) was founded by eminent Indian industrialist Late Dr KK Birla in 1967, and manufacturing operations started in 1970. ZACL has annual installed capacity to produce 14,00,000 metric tonnes of fertilizers. ZACL products are marketed under the "Jai Kisaan" brand. ZACL produces high-quality complex fertilizers of various grades along with micronutrients and speciality fertilizers. The company also organizes farmer training programs with noted scholars and scientists from Agricultural Research organizations.
