Zhejiang Xintongda Special Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (XTD) is a Chinese manufacturer of engineering-grade seamless pipes and tubes for corrosion- and pressure-critical applications. Based in Songyang, Zhejiang Province, the company traces its origins to 1985, when it was founded in Wenzhou by Mr. He Ganrong as a metal recycling business. Zhejiang Xintongda Special Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1985 in Wenzhou, China, by Mr. He Ganrong (何干荣), initially as a metal recycling business. By 2022, annual sales for Xintongda alone exceeded 500 million RMB (excluding subsidiary sales). In 2024, the company passed CU-TR 032 and NORSOK M-650 certifications. In 2025, it completed ABS, DNV, and LR certification processes. Today, XTD operates as an engineering-grade seamless tubes and pipes manufacturer for corrosion and pressure-critical applications, covering austenitic, duplex, super duplex, and nickel alloy grades. It is located in Songyang, Zhejiang Province, China, and has been serving industries since 1985.
