It is a state-owned capital investment company directly under Yunnan Province. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Kunming, Yunnan, it is mainly responsible for the management and operation of provincial-level capital construction funds and special construction funds, as well as investment and capital operation in basic industries, infrastructure, and advantageous industries.
