YNN Central New York

YNN Central New York was the former brand of a regional cable news operation now known as Spectrum News 1 Central New York. The channel began broadcasting on November 7, 2003, under the name News 10 Now, becoming the eleventh regional news channel launched by Time Warner Cable.
