WXY Studio (also styled WXY architecture + urban design) is an American architecture, planning, and urban design firm headquartered in New York City, with a second office in Toronto, Canada. The practice was founded in 1998 by Claire Weisz, FAIA, and Mark Yoes, FAIA, and its legal name is Claire Weisz Architects LLP, doing business as WXY architecture + urban design. Partners Layng Pew, AIA, and Adam Lubinsky, PhD, AICP, joined the founding partners in 2006 and 2011 respectively. The studio describes itself as "a studio for the built environment" and works across architecture, planning, policy, urban design, graphic design, and strategy. Its portfolio spans public and civic commissions, waterfront and resilience work, parks and streetscapes, schools, and institutional facilities.
