Wirtschaft & Weiterbildung (stylised as wirtschaft & weiterbildung, subtitled Das Magazin für Weiterbildungs-Professionals) was a German-language trade magazine dedicated to vocational further education, leadership development and personnel development. It was published by the specialist publisher Haufe-Lexware in Freiburg im Breisgau and appeared eleven times a year from 2009 until 2023. Its editor-in-chief was Martin Pichler. The magazine addressed professionals responsible for developing people and their skills: HR managers, trainers, coaches, organisational developers and continuing-education providers. Typical issues combined practical guidance with reporting on trends in leadership, personnel development and the use of technology in learning. The title story of issue 11/2014, for example, examined Marshall B.
