Overview

We Love Asere is a Spanish independent record label and music company focused on Latin music, dance and electronic genres. It was founded in 2007 under the name Asere Music International by Juan Magán and Marcos Rodríguez. The company later rebranded as We Love Asere and is currently directed by Juan Magán together with his team. Its catalogue is closely associated with the electro-latino sound that became popular in Spain and Latin America during the 2010s. The label is known for producing and releasing a string of hits, including "Love is a Gamble", "Love4pontona", "Verano azul", "Friday Night", "Te gusta", "Bailando por ahí", "Ella no sigue modas", "Rosa sin espinas", "Chica deseada", "Me vuelves loco", "Sábado en la noche", "Bésame en la boca", "Cuento de amor" and "Motivate". These tracks helped define the commercial electro-latino and dance-pop sound of the period. Beyond individual singles, We Love Asere has issued compilation albums that collect its main hits and showcase the electro-latino and dance genres. These include "We Love Asere! Greatest Hits (Volume One)" and "We Love Asere @ Miami 2010" in 2010, "We Love Asere The Remixes" in 2012, and "Electro Latino, el Origen" in 2013. The fourth compilation, released on 2 January, featured hits such as "Te voy a esperar", "Te pintaron pajaritos en el aire" and "Angelito sin alas", and reached high positions in sales charts. In support of "Electro Latino, el Origen", the label announced a tour across Spain featuring its main artists. Key dates included 6 April 2013 at the Palacio de Vistalegre in Madrid and at the Pabellón Olímpico de Badalona; both shows sold out. The label maintains an official website and an active presence on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook, and continues to operate as an independent music company under Juan Magán's direction.
