Wairau River

Wairau River is a wine brand from Marlborough, New Zealand. The Rose family has been farming in Marlborough for over 160 years. In 1978, Phil and Chris Rose secured consent to plant the first grapevines on the northern side of the Wairau Valley. Today, the extended Rose family continues to produce award-winning wines. The estate extends across more than 500 hectares on the northern side of the Wairau Valley, with Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir forming the heart of the range.

The Rose family has been farming in Marlborough for over 160 years.
