Vistage's story began in 1957, when businessman Bob Nourse brought together several Milwaukee-area executives to help each other solve their business challenges. He made sure they were from non-competing industries and kept conversations confidential, and he brought in business experts to share their insights. Nourse's formula spurred such remarkable success that his Midwestern business became a thriving international company with 45,000 members in 40 countries. Over more than 65 years, Vistage has grown and evolved to serve increasingly diverse and sophisticated member businesses while staying true to Bob Nourse's vision: to help high-integrity leaders make great decisions that benefit their companies, families and communities.

The world's largest executive coaching organization for small and midsize businesses, combining local close-knit groups with a global network and selective membership for CEOs and business owners of $5M+ companies.
