PT Visi Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Tbk. (VTI) is an Indonesian telecommunications infrastructure company. In 2016 the company changed its main business activity to telecommunications infrastructure services after acquiring PT Permata Karya Perdana, a company engaged in telecommunications infrastructure facilities that builds and operates towers and micro cell poles for long-term lease to telecommunications operators. VTI's infrastructure footprint covers the islands of Java, Bali and Sumatra. The company is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under the Tbk. designation and is headquartered in Jakarta.
