VIPR Solutions is a technology company that provides an AI-enabled platform for end-to-end Delegated Authority management. The platform serves MGAs, brokers, insurers, and reinsurers, processing over 500,000 bordereaux annually. VIPR was formed in 2009 in London and has grown to serve clients globally, with a significant presence in the Lloyd's market.

VIPR was formed in 2009 in London. It launched into the Lloyd's of London market and introduced VIPR Intrali in the same year. By 2010, 5% of Lloyd's Managing Agents were using a VIPR product. In 2011, VIPR won its tenth customer and launched VIPR Hosting Service. In 2012, it processed $2Bn GWP and launched VIPR Intarga. In 2013, it launched VIPR's Active Reports. In 2015, it won its first North American customer. In 2018, 33% of Lloyd's Managing Agents were using a VIPR product. In 2020, VIPR was taken over by PE firm Tenzing Private Equity. In 2021, it launched VIPR Portal, won its 40th customer, and signed its first Switzerland customer. In 2022, it launched VIPR Insights and VIPR Data Cloud, signed 5 more United States customers, and its first Canadian customer. In 2023, it introduced Straight Through Processing (STP) and established strategic partnerships with INSURITY and GUIDEWIRE in the United States. In 2024, VIPR serves almost 50% of Lloyd's Managing Agents.
