History
Victory Giant Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. was established in July 2006 in Huiyang District, Huizhou, Guangdong. In June 2015 it listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under stock code 300476. In December 2023 it acquired 100% equity of Pole Star Limited, indirectly holding 100% equity of MFS Technology (S) Pte Ltd and all its subsidiaries. In March 2025 it held a groundbreaking ceremony for Victory Giant Technology (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. In April 2026 it listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 2476, opening an 'A+H' dual capital platform. The company operates five production bases in Guangdong, Hunan, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam (under construction), with over 20,000 employees.
