VERMICULAR

VERMICULAR is a brand of enameled cast iron cookware developed by Aichi Dobby, a foundry company founded in 1936 in Nagoya, Japan. The brand was born from the third-generation brothers' desire to create the world's best product from their small factory. The brand slogan is '手料理と、生きよう。' (Live with home cooking). The product line includes Oven Pot, Rice Pot, Frying Pan, Yukihira, Tableware, Frozen Deli, and Kitchen Knife.

Aichi Dobby was founded in 1936 in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, as a foundry manufacturer. The third-generation brothers, with the desire to create the world's best product from their small factory, developed the enameled cast iron pot 'VERMICULAR'. The product was developed in 2010, and the first product, 'Vermicular Oven Pot Round 22cm', was released. In 2016, the first home appliance product, 'Vermicular Rice Pot', was developed and released. In 2017, 'VERMICULAR USA' was established in Los Angeles. In 2019, the recipe app 'MY VERMICULAR' was launched, and 'VERMICULAR VILLAGE' opened. In 2021, 'VERMICULAR HOUSE' opened in Daikanyama, Tokyo. In 2022, the first department store shop 'VERMICULAR SHOP JR Nagoya Takashimaya' opened.
