Veltmeijer Group

The Veltmeijer Group is a family business that started with jukeboxes and pinball machines more than 60 years ago and is now Europe’s market leader within the Family Entertainment Center industry. It provides smiles to millions of fans every year by creating a unique experience.

It started right after World War II when grandpa Veltmeijer was a vending machine operator in Rotterdam. In 1957 ‘Veltmeijer Automaten’ started and grandpa opened his own office two years later in Sittard where he started with jukeboxes, pinball machines, soccer and pool tables. In 1986, the second generation (Ad Veltmeijer, Rob Veltmeijer and Zef Philippen) joined the company and several subsidiaries followed. In 2013, the first Gamestate location opened under the direction of the third generation Roel Veltmeijer.
