Founded in 1969, VEB Robotron was a state-owned enterprise in East Germany, headquartered in Dresden. It produced computers, office equipment, and electronic components, and was one of the largest electronics companies in East Germany. After German reunification, the company was dissolved in 1990, with its assets privatized or closed.
