History
Value Advanced Investments was founded in 2016 as "Helman-Aldubi Investment Funds," part of the investment-house operations of Helman-Aldubi, then one of Israel's ten largest investment houses. In August of that year, the company issued on the stock exchange a non-tradable private investment fund structured as a limited partnership in the field of consumer credit, named "Helman-Aldubi P2P." In July 2019, it issued another non-tradable limited partnership in the field of urban renewal, named "Helman-Aldubi Urban Renewal." The consumer credit fund, which reached approximately USD 250 million in assets under management, operated from 2016 to 2025 and in September 2025 liquidated all assets and returned the money to investors. The urban renewal fund, with assets of approximately NIS 250 million, operated from 2019 to 2024 and in May 2024 sold its assets to the public credit fund Peninsulina and returned all money to investors. From its early years, the company focused on representing international funds through a subsidiary called Value Global. Among the funds it has served are Carlyle Group, Coller Capital, Cerberus, CD&R, New Mountain Capital, Nordic Capital, Ardian and SVP. In December 2019, the company established Israel's first private feeder fund, for the global fund Coller Capital, and has since established 11 additional feeder funds for target funds including ISF3, Coller 9, Viola Credit (ALF3), Carlyle Direct Lending (CDLF), Carlyle PE 8 (CP8), Goldman Sachs (VCOP), Ardian (ASF 9), StepStone (SPRIM), Viola Resilience & Defense, Neuberger Berman (ABCI) and AlpInvest (CAPM). In 2021, Rami Dror and Uri Eldubi sold Helman-Aldubi to The Phoenix Insurance Company, and the name was changed to "Phoenix Value Advanced Investments." During the transfer of control, a group of managers and shareholders in Helman-Aldubi — including Rami Dror, Uri Eldubi, Noam Bracha, Inbar Steiner and Tzipi Zalmanovich — acquired 49% of the company's shares from The Phoenix in a management buyout. In December 2023, the group exercised its option and purchased all remaining shares from The Phoenix, and the company was renamed Value Advanced Investments. In February 2026, the company established Value Gateway Capital Partners in partnership with Bar Clara Mendez de Conon, a former senior executive at Meta. This entity serves as the international investment arm of the Israeli investment house, connecting foreign and institutional investors outside Israel to the Israeli private market through private market investments such as private equity funds, secondary investments and investment banking, for qualified investors and Jewish communities in the United States and Europe. In May 2026, the company founded "Value Yaron-Eldar," active in trust management and intergenerational transfer, in cooperation with Tali Yaron-Eldar, former Israel Income Tax Commissioner. As of June 2026, Value Advanced Investments manages approximately USD 1.5 billion within feeder funds. Over the years, it has led fundraising of more than USD 2.5 billion through institutional bodies.
