Vakarų medienos grupė

UAB Vakarų medienos grupė (VMG) is a Lithuanian corporate group operating in the wood and furniture industry. The group is composed of several companies, including AB „Klaipėdos mediena“ (founded in 1899), UAB „Girių bizonas“, UAB „Sakuona“, Sakuona, BEI, VMG Technics, Wood Industry, LogDrev and VMG Industry. The holding was founded by Sigitas Paulauskas and the Lithuanian furniture concern UAB SBA, who are the main shareholders. All shares of VMG are held by the Cyprus-registered holding company „VMG Holdings“. The group has reported revenues of EUR 100 million in 2012 (profit of LTL 21.261 million), EUR 120 million in 2008, and LTL 515.3 million in 2013. For 2014, revenue of LTL 718 million was planned, and for 2015, LTL 1 billion. In 2017, the group achieved a profit of EUR 17.484 million.
