USA Jet Airlines is an on-demand air cargo charter airline founded in 1979 with a single Piston Beech 18 aircraft, formerly known as Active Aero. Operating from Willow Run Airport in Belleville, Michigan, it is an integral part of the Ascent Global Logistics network and serves as an emergency supply-chain partner for the automotive and manufacturing sectors across North America. The airline operates under Part 121 certification, has completed over 75,000 missions, and its fleet represents approximately 36 percent of North America's on-demand cargo aircraft large lift. It is authorized to operate in the United States and cross-border into Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and South America.

USA Jet was founded in 1979 with a single Piston Beech 18 aircraft and was formerly known as Active Aero. In its earlier years, the airline operated a diverse Part 135 fleet that included Falcon 20s, Cessna 310s, Learjets, Turbine Beech 18s and King Airs. In 1994, the airline added Part 121 operations, flying DC9s (retired) and 727s. In August 2013, USA Jet Airlines became one of the first to operate an MD-80 Passenger-to-Freighter conversion. The airline operates from its home at the historic Willow Run Airport in Belleville, Michigan, and is an integral part of the Ascent Global Logistics network. It has completed over 75,000 missions and is certified in the U.S., Mexico, Canada and beyond, holding a Customs bonded carrier status and a hazardous materials MPSC Permit.
