Tropical Traditions was founded in 2002 by Brian Shilhavy. The business name was changed to Healthy Traditions in 2017. It is an ecommerce food business that originally sold Philippine products, including virgin coconut oil.

Brian Shilhavy is the founder and owner of Healthy Traditions, Inc., originally incorporated as Tropical Traditions, Inc. in 2002, an ecommerce food business. He was the first to export a 'virgin coconut oil' from the Philippines to the U.S. in 2002.
