Criticism of “When We Die as Martyrs”

Toyor Al-Janah released a music video performed by Dima Bashar and Muhammad Bashar that addressed the Israeli-Palestinian conflict through martyrdom-themed lyrics, religious language, and scenes depicting children in a conflict setting. Saudi journalist Fawzia Nasir al-Na’im criticized the production as ideological indoctrination of children. The video was later removed from the channel’s official YouTube presence, though copies remained online.
