Toyo Ventures Holdings Berhad (TVHB) is a Malaysian public company. According to its corporate website, Toyo Ink Group Berhad was incorporated on 24 August 2002 and listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 10 November 2003; in 2020 the Group carried out an internal reorganisation and a Transfer of Listing Status to a new holding company, Toyo Ventures Holdings Berhad, to allow greater ease and flexibility for operating companies with clear demarcation of roles and functions. TVHB is described as an investment holding company, while its subsidiaries are principally involved in the manufacture of printing inks, colour masterbatch, EDM cut wires, EDM graphite electrodes, and the trading of printing consumables and equipment, component automotive refinish systems, EDM tools and consumables, and CNC machinery.

Toyo Ink Sdn Bhd, its wholly-owned subsidiary, has been involved in the manufacturing of inks and distribution of other printing materials for more than 40 years. EDM-Tools (M) Sdn Bhd, its wholly-owned subsidiary, is the only EDM brass wire manufacturer in Malaysia and has been manufacturing EDM cut wires for more than 15 years and served the precision mould, tool and die industry for 30 years. A corporate milestone listed is 1979, when Toyoinki (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in February and in the same year renamed as Toyo Ink Sdn Bhd.
