Thunderful Group

Thunderful Group AB is a Swedish video game holding company headquartered in Gothenburg. Its activities have included game development, third-party publishing, game-related investment, physical distribution, toy distribution, and consultancy services. The group is best understood as a corporate platform built around studios and publishing labels rather than as a single consumer-facing game brand. Thunderful Group emerged from the consolidation of two Gothenburg independent developers and a Swedish distribution business. Image & Form and Zoink had developed a close professional relationship before their founders, Brjánn Sigurgeirsson and Klaus Lyngeled, joined with Bergsala Holding to create Thunderful in December 2017.
