In 1999, TPC launched its international subsidiary, M/s The Professional International Couriers Pvt. It also set up business associates in Dubai and Singapore, paving the way for services in 195 countries. 2007 was a period of growth. The group founded The Professional Couriers Network Ltd. (PCNL) to secure operations in North, Central and East India. Its network of franchisees was strengthened while it grew its own offices and hubs, extending reach to every part of the country. In 2009, a landmark year, TPC expanded its international base via The Professional Couriers USA Inc. in New York, USA; Professional Couriers LLC. in Dubai, UAE; and Professional Couriers Pte Ltd. in Singapore. The same year, The Professional Couriers Charitable Trust was established on the inclination of the directors to create a fund providing financial assistance to people suffering from illnesses and needing medical care, supported by monthly contributions from employees and directors. TPC has continued to build out its domestic and international network, describing operations across air, rail and road, with hundreds of major hubs and sub-hubs, thousands of branches and tens of thousands of delivery points in India, and service to over 200 countries. The company has invested in technology, including AI-driven systems and a web-based tracking platform, and has pursued corporate social responsibility, including contributing to the 2018 Kerala flood distress relief fund.
