KJM Group is an independent, family-owned home improvement company based in Andover, Hampshire. Established in 1982 and incorporated in January 1983, it specialises in the supply and installation of windows, doors, conservatories, extensions and associated home improvement products across Hampshire and Southern England. The company is led by owner and Managing Director Mark Pearce.

The business was founded in 1982 and incorporated in January 1983; its name comes from the founding directors Ken Hammant, John Creasey and Mick Burrell. It began manufacturing uPVC windows and doors from its Andover base and sold products around Hampshire. Mark Pearce joined KJM in 1983 as an installer and later worked in the factory manufacturing Veka windows, progressing to sales manager and eventually becoming owner and Managing Director. In 1996, the company underwent a change as manufacturing made it difficult to offer a broader portfolio of glazing products, and prospective customers began asking for aluminium products.
