TESS GLOBAL was founded in 2014 by Nicholas and Stephanie Moretto. After years of working for other security companies, Nicholas started his own family-owned business, and together with his wife Stephanie laid the foundation of TESS GLOBAL. In the early days, the couple worked door-to-door pitching security services to apartment complexes and hotels, and provided security at concerts, nightclubs, and wherever needed. Initially focusing on apartment complexes, gun shows, and nightclubs, the firm later expanded to handle large-scale events and concerts, hotel guest services, fire watches, and construction site security. The team designs and implements strategic security plans based on each client's specific needs, maintaining above-average standards within the private security industry.
