Terra IóN is a boutique winery and wine-experience destination in Andratx, in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains of Mallorca, Spain. It was founded by Domenic Amat Kreft, who serves as founder and winemaker. The project was conceived from the outset as a long-term, working vineyard built around biodynamic and regenerative principles, treating vineyard, soil, forest, water and surrounding terraces as one living system. The estate farms organically, encourages biodiversity, rebuilds soils and accepts lower yields in exchange for healthier vines and greater balance. Its vineyards are rooted in limestone soils formed over millions of years; these calcareous layers are poor in nutrients but rich in structure, forcing the vines to grow slowly and deeply. Combined with altitude, wind and Mediterranean light, this creates natural freshness, tension and clarity in the grapes. The wines are described as defined by energy rather than power, freshness rather than weight, and length rather than volume — wines made for the table, for conversation and for time. Beyond wine production, Terra IóN operates a visitor and experience programme at the estate. Offerings include a Classic Experience (a guided tasting of three classic wines on a panoramic tasting terrace), a Tasting Experience that tours the winemaking process, production and bottling with three wines and seasonal food pairings, a Winemaker Experience led by the winemaker, a Club Members Only Picnic Experience with a private spot in the vines and a hand-prepared picnic basket of Mallorcan specialties and fresh seasonal fruit, and a walk-in Wine Truck serving wines by the glass in a relaxed outdoor setting with no reservation required.
