Teo Seng Capital Berhad

Teo Seng Capital Berhad is an investment holding company principally involved in poultry farming, with activities predominantly revolving around layer farming. It is one of the largest egg producers in Malaysia. Via its subsidiaries, the company is also involved in the manufacturing and marketing of paper egg trays and animal feeds, along with the distribution of animal health products. Its products are categorized into five main categories: chicken eggs, animal feeds, paper egg trays, organic fermented fertiliser and animal health products.

Teo Seng Capital Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia on 8 May 2006 as a private limited company under the name of Teo Seng Capital Sdn. Bhd. It converted its status into a public limited company on 31 May 2006 and has since assumed its present name. Teo Seng was successfully listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 29 October 2008 and subsequently transferred to the main board of Bursa on 3 August 2009. Teo Seng is principally an investment holding company. The principal activities of Teo Seng's subsidiaries are poultry farming and marketing of chicken eggs, manufacturing and marketing of animal feeds, egg trays, organic fermented fertilizer, and distribution of pet food & medicine and animal health products. Its history dates back to 1992 when it set up its first layer farm.

  Farm accredited with Malaysian Good Agricultural Practices (My GAP) certification by the Department of Veterinary Services of Malaysia.

• Paper Egg Trays

  Produced using recycled newspapers and old magazines.

• Fertiliser

  SIRIM Certified to MS1517:2012; contains over 50% organic matter at pH 8-10, with essential nutrients (total N-P-K-Ca-Mg-S over 20%).

• Animal Health Products

  Distributes a range of imported animal health products for food animals and pets, such as anti-parasite, antibiotics, food additives, supplements, etc.

• Fresh Layer Hen

  Quality halal whole fresh layer hen.

• Hard Boiled Eggs

  Pasteurized hard boiled eggs certified with halal certification, ready to eat and fresh from farm.
