Team SE (written in its own style as "team SE") is the group holding company of a German trading enterprise whose business fields span agricultural trade, energy trading, fuel stations, DIY stores, building materials wholesale and lubricant trading. Its headquarters are in Flensburg, and the group operates roughly 450 locations. The holding itself does not carry out operating business; it functions as a management and participation holding, providing overarching service functions for the subsidiaries within the group. In the 2025 financial year the Team Group generated revenue of about 4.7 billion euros, of which 1.58 billion came from the agricultural division, 761 million euros from the building division and 2.4 billion from the energy division. The group presents itself publicly under the motto of being a partner for agriculture, construction and energy, describing itself as a comprehensive supplier with a steadily growing portfolio of services. Its three core divisions are Agrar (agriculture), Bau (construction) and Energie (energy). In agriculture, Team acts as a provider of seed, fertiliser and crop protection, and also buys, dries, stores, cleans and markets grain and pulses. In construction, it offers solutions for civil engineering and building construction, garden and interior fit-out, building elements, construction chemicals, machinery and tools, and is a partner to the public sector in civil engineering, road and rail construction; it also offers photovoltaic systems from planning to operation. In energy, it is active in electricity, natural gas, lubricants, fuels and heating oil, as well as fuel stations and renewable energies. Team Agrar became the majority shareholder of Hauptgenossenschaft Nord AG (HaGe Nord) on 12 December 2022. On 1 June 2023, following shareholder approval, HaGe Nord was renamed Team Agrar AG, and in June 2024 the legal form changed from team agrar AG to team agrar GmbH. Team Agrar trades in grain, rapeseed and pulses (51 percent of its revenue) as well as agricultural inputs (34 percent). Under the name Team Baucenter, the group conducts wholesale of building materials and retail through DIY stores. Since 2015 the Team Group has also been active in North Rhine-Westphalia; following BayWa's withdrawal, it took over the "Bauen+Leben" branches in the Ruhr area and Münsterland with a 70 percent majority stake. Under the name Team Energie, which replaced the previous name Team Mineralöle in November 2010, heating oil, fuels, lubricants and wood pellets are sold. In October 2010 the product range was expanded to include natural gas, and at the end of 2012 to include green electricity, both offered nationwide. The fuel station network consists of full-service and automated stations. With around 5,000 employees at about 450 locations, Team describes itself as a significant employer. The shareholder structure after the capital increase approved at the shareholders' meeting on 29 June 2022 is approximately 70.4 percent DLG (Dansk Landbrugs Grovvareselskab a.m.b.a., based in Fredericia, Denmark), about 10.7 percent Lantmännen ek för (based in Stockholm, Sweden) and about 18.9 percent free float. It was resolved to increase the share capital by issuing a total of 3,327,949 no-par-value shares against contributions in kind. Only Dansk Landbrugs Grovvareselskab a.m.b.a. (DLG), based in Fredericia, Denmark, and Lantmännen ek för, based in Stockholm, Sweden, were entitled to subscribe to the new shares. DLG had to provide its contribution in kind by transferring 12,460,114 shares of Hauptgenossenschaft Nord AG (HaGe), based in Kiel, to team SE. These 12,460,114 shares correspond to a 44.77 percent stake in the share capital of HaGe. DLG received 1,735,311 new shares of team SE for this. Lantmännen had to provide its contribution in kind by transferring 11,435,675 shares of Hauptgenossenschaft Nord AG (HaGe) to team SE. These 11,435,675 shares correspond to a 41.08 percent stake in the share capital of HaGe. Lantmännen received 1,592,638 new shares of team SE for this. Before the start of the shareholders' meeting, 75.64 percent of the original 11,497,301 shares = 8,696,558 shares were held by DLG. On the basis of a total of 14,825,250 shares, the shareholder structure of team SE as of November 2022 is approximately: DLG about 70.4 percent, Lantmännen about 10.7 percent, free float about 18.9 percent.
