Takeuchi Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. is a long-established sake brewery located in Ishibe, Shiga Prefecture, operating since the Meiji era. The brewery produces sake brands 'Kao no Izumi' and 'Yui I' using local rice and water, and has received awards such as a gold prize at the National New Sake Awards for three consecutive years.

The brewery is located in Ishibe, Shiga, an area known for the cold wind 'Hieoroshi' in the Omi Basin. Sake brewed there has been reputed since the Edo period. The company was founded in Meiji 5 (1872) and established as a company in Showa 25 (1950).
