Tadibaska

Tadıbaşka is a Turkish food brand that produces and sells traditional foods such as olives, olive oil, dried figs, apricots, pomegranate syrup, and molasses, as well as freeze-dried products under the Liyola brand. The brand emphasizes natural, additive-free products and uses freeze-dry technology to preserve nutritional value.

Tadıbaşka was created by people who were once city dwellers in Istanbul, searching for real food among products labeled 'natural'. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they decided to return to their roots and moved to Mut, a district in Mersin, at the foot of the Taurus Mountains. They started by adding value to their own garden's produce, processing olives, figs, pomegranate syrup, and molasses in the most natural way. Later, they established a small boutique freeze-dry facility in their village to preserve fruits and vegetables without losing nutritional value, leading to the Liyola brand.
