TACHI PRO, INC.

TACHI PRO, INC. (株式会社舘プロ) is a Japanese talent agency established by actor Hiroshi Tachi. It was founded in 2021 following the dissolution of Ishihara Promotion, where Tachi had been a longtime affiliated actor. The agency represents actors, talents, and artists, and also engages in film, video, stage, and event production, as well as copyright management and music publishing. Its headquarters are located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, within the building of Theater Academy, with which it collaborates closely. The representative director is Takeshi Asai, a friend of Tachi and from the founding family of Theater Academy. Tachi himself does not manage the company, preferring to work as an affiliated actor. Initially, the agency was effectively Tachi's personal office, but on July 13, 2021, it announced the affiliation of five talents (including actors from Ishihara Promotion), and the formation of the 'Tachi Gundan' was reported, analogous to the 'Ishihara Gundan' nickname of Ishihara Promotion's talents.
