SWS Capital Berhad

SWS Capital Berhad (SWSCAP) is a Malaysian investment holding company that commenced operations on 1 December 2003 and was listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 15 March 2004. Formerly known as UDS Capital Berhad, it changed its name to SWS Capital Berhad on 21 March 2012. The group operates through a wood furniture division and a plastic division, producing wood-based household furniture, veneer lamination, and household plasticwares.

It was formerly known as UDS Capital Berhad before its name change to SWS Capital Berhad on 21 March 2012. In 2004, U.D. Panelform Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired 100% of U.D. Wood Products Sdn Bhd. In 2005, Poh Keong Industries became a subsidiary company of the Group. In 2017, SWSCAP diversified into the plasticwares industry by acquiring Ee-Lian Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries.
