Superlon Holdings Berhad

Superlon Holdings Berhad is a Malaysian manufacturer of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) foam, incorporated in 1992 in a rented production space in Balakong, south of Kuala Lumpur. Its product range covers thermal insulation, sound insulation, sports and fitness mats, foam and gasket tapes, and HVAC accessories. The company acquired its own factory in Klang in 1996, was listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) in 2007, and established its first production plant outside Malaysia in Vietnam in 2018, followed by a second Vietnamese plant in 2023.

Superlon was incorporated in 1992 in a rented production space in Balakong, south of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and began production of Malaysia's first Superlon insulation products in 1993. In 1996 the company acquired its own factory in Klang to cope with increasing demand and market expansion. It received ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems in 1998, and in 2005 was awarded the Golden Bull Award as the most outstanding SME and received ISO 14001 certification for environment management systems, as well as an award from Asia Pacific Entrepreneur for brand excellence. In 2006 Superlon acquired its second factory in Malaysia to accommodate a new production line and increased demand, and in 2007 it was listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad). In 2012 it received certification on Factory Mutuals (FM) Approvals, described as one of the most stringent fire resistance standards. In 2016 it completed a 63,375 square feet warehouse to keep stock and further improve lead time for its customers. In 2018 its first production plant outside Malaysia was established in Vietnam, and it received certification on UL GreenGuard and GreenGuard Gold for low chemical emission products, as well as green building product certifications from MyHIJAU. In 2022 its second production plant in Vietnam commenced operation. As of 2023, Superlon Worldwide had accumulated more than 30 years of manufacturing experience in nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) foam.
