Over the past three years, Everstory has invested more than $75 million across its 460 locations to enhance the spaces where it serves families. In the span of less than a year, Everstory transformed its business from one that relied on historic paper maps and contracts to one built on world-class software; its nearly 400 cemetery locations now offer digitized contracts and services, the majority accompanied by aerial drone mapping. This transformation was led by CEO Lilly Donohue, who joined the company in late 2022 and recognized the need for digitization. Everstory partnered with PlotBox, an international cloud-based deathcare management software and mapping company based in Northern Ireland, to accomplish this.
