Standard Profil Bulgaria EAD is a Bulgarian rubber-products manufacturer based in Stara Zagora and part of the Turkish-origin Standard Profil Group. It was established in 2004 as the group's first production base outside Türkiye, making sealing profiles for passenger-car doors. The parent group was founded in 1977 in Türkiye and is now headquartered in Eschborn, Germany, employing about 7,200 people across 11 countries and supplying more than 40 carmakers through over 90 OEM plants. Standard Profil Bulgaria is the group's Bulgarian manufacturing arm, focused on automotive sealing systems that provide sound insulation, vibration absorption, dust and water sealing, freeze prevention, heat insulation, aesthetic finishing and ease of door closing. By 2017 the Bulgarian company had about 1,070 employees and was the country's second-largest rubber-products manufacturer after Teklas Bulgaria. In 2023 it reported sales of BGN 122 million and profit of BGN 9.54 million. The company operates as a subsidiary within the Standard Profil Group and serves automotive OEM customers as part of the group's global sealing-systems business.
