Sproud International AB

Sproud International AB is a Swedish manufacturer of plant-based food, founded in 2018 by a group of entrepreneurs based in Malmö, Sweden. The company is headquartered in Malmö with additional commercial offices in London and Warsaw, exporting to 30 countries. Sproud's products are made from pea protein and include Barista and Unsweetened pea milks. The company became B Corp certified in 2025 and was the first food company to be verified according to ISO 26000 in 2023.

Sproud started in 2018 by a group of entrepreneurs based in Malmö, Sweden. Their shared passion for sustainability and decades of experience from the food sector led them to the core of Sproud: the yellow split pea. In 2023, Sproud became the first food company on the planet to be verified according to ISO 26000. Two years later, in 2025, Sproud became b-corp certified.
