Spicy Disc

Spicy Disc (Thai: สไปร์ซซี่ ดิสก์) is a Thai record label and music company founded in 2004. According to its Thai Wikipedia entry, the label was established in 2004 (พ.ศ. 2547) with Pichai Chirathivat serving as managing director. It operates as an independent Thai music company rather than a major international label subsidiary, and its registered office is listed on its own website as 999/9, 9th Floor, The Offices at Central World, Bangkok. The label's core business is artist development and recorded music across Thai pop, rock, indie and alternative styles. Its official website presents a roster that has included SHERRY, The Parkinson, Wan Thanakrit, FANG, MVL, Funky Wah Wah, Tape Duangporn, No One Else, KOR NOTAPOL, Kidnappers, Sqweez Animal, The Rube, NAP A LEAN, La ong Fong, Boy Trai and MILD. The site also functions as a music-media hub, publishing news about new singles and music videos — for example Funky Wah Wah feat. SHERRY's "La La La", FANG's "Status" featuring URBOYTJ, and No One Else's "ต่อจากนี้เพลงรักทุกเพลงจะเป็นของเธอเท่านั้น" — alongside a magazine section covering music, fashion and lifestyle. Beyond recorded music, Spicy Disc is active in live entertainment. Its website carries a concert and event section, and its Thai Wikipedia page documents its role promoting international artists in Bangkok, including The 1975 Live in Bangkok on 25 January 2015 at Centerpoint Studio and Incubus Live in Bangkok on 11 March 2015 at Thunder Dome, Muang Thong Thani. The company also runs merchandise sales through an online shop and offers services to artists and partners. Spicy Disc maintains a direct-to-fan presence through its website, a Facebook fan page and a Twitter account, and it markets itself under the tagline-style headings "GET READY FOR MUSIC", "GET READY FOR CONCERT" and "GET READY FOR PURCHASE". As a Thai independent label with both a recording roster and a concert-promotion arm, it occupies a mid-sized position in Thailand's music industry, connecting domestic artists with local audiences and bringing international acts to Bangkok venues.

Spicy Disc was founded in 2004 (พ.ศ. 2547) as a Thai record label, with Pichai Chirathivat serving as managing director according to its Thai Wikipedia entry. From its base in Bangkok — its website lists an address at 999/9, 9th Floor, The Offices at Central World — the label built a roster of Thai pop, rock, indie and alternative acts. Over the following decade the company expanded from recorded music into music media and live entertainment. Its website evolved into a multi-section platform combining new-music news, a magazine covering music, fashion and lifestyle, a concert and event section, an artist directory and an online merchandise shop. Artists associated with the label have included SHERRY, The Parkinson, Wan Thanakrit, FANG, MVL, Funky Wah Wah, Tape Duangporn, No One Else, KOR NOTAPOL, Kidnappers, Sqweez Animal, The Rube, NAP A LEAN, La ong Fong, Boy Trai and MILD. This positioned Spicy Disc not only as a record company but also as a live-music promoter connecting Thai audiences with overseas artists. The label has continued to release and promote new Thai music, with its website highlighting recent singles and music videos such as Funky Wah Wah feat. SHERRY's "La La La", FANG's "Status" featuring URBOYTJ, and No One Else's "ต่อจากนี้เพลงรักทุกเพลงจะเป็นของเธอเท่านั้น".
