Sottoriva

Sottoriva is an Italian company founded in 1944 by brothers Giuseppe and Claudio Sottoriva, specializing in machines and lines for bread production. It offers a range of products including bread systems, mixers, ovens, and provers, serving customers worldwide.

Sottoriva's history begins in 1944 when brothers Giuseppe and Claudio Sottoriva started working together. Their mother Mary ran a bakery 'Al Pozzo' in Marano Vicentino from 1939 to 1964, which inspired the brothers to create machines to simplify bakers' work. In 1961, Sottoriva participated in the Paris fair, and in 1965 in the London fair, expanding internationally. The company was one of the first in Italy to create an automatic group for dough processing.
