SmartQuick S.A.S. is a Colombian company founded in 2015 that develops an AI-powered transportation management system (TMS) with machine learning routing, control tower, and RNDC integration for logistics in Colombia and Mexico. It is headquartered in Bogotá and operates in several Latin American countries.

SmartQuick S.A.S. was founded in 2015 in Bogotá, Colombia, by Julián Caviedes, John Caviedes, Rogelio Gil, and Ederson Charry. In 2017, it was selected by Apps.co (MinTIC) and gained its first corporate clients. In 2019, it won the Platzi Demo Day and was accelerated by Corona. In 2023, it expanded operations to Mexico, Chile, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic. In 2024, it became the only TMS SaaS with native RNDC homologation before the Ministry of Transport of Colombia. In 2025, it received authorization as a Fleet Monitoring Company (EMF) and launched machine learning routing, 3D intelligent cubing, AskEdy (Voice AI), and 33 automated n8n workflows.
