SLD Entertainment Inc. (株式会社エスエルディー) is a Japanese food-service company headquartered in Shiba, Minato, Tokyo. Founded in 2004, it operates cafes and dining restaurants, most notably the Japanese-style creative cuisine brand kawara CAFE&DINING, which targets a primarily female clientele. The company also produces collaboration cafes and other dining concepts under the concept "TO ENTERTAIN PEOPLE — to entertain more people." It listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's JASDAQ market in 2015, and in 2017 became a subsidiary of DD Holdings (now DD Group) through a tender offer. The COVID-19 pandemic pushed both SLD Entertainment and its parent DD Holdings into insolvency (debt exceeding assets) in 2021.

SLD Entertainment Inc. was established in 2004 in Minato, Tokyo. In 2005 it opened its first cafe. The company grew around the Tokyo metropolitan area, developing Japanese-style creative cuisine restaurants such as kawara CAFE&DINING, which cater mainly to female customers.
