  Advanced Wireless Semiconductor Company (AWSC) approved a private placement of 45 million common shares for a total of NTD$3496.5 million. Sino-American Silicon Products (SAS) resolved to participate and is expected to become AWSC’s largest shareholder with a 22.53% stake.
