Sinaran Advance Group Berhad

Sinaran Advance Group Berhad is a public company from Malaysia. It was originally incorporated in Singapore on 3 November 2008 as K-Star Sports Pte. Ltd., converted into a public limited company on 14 September 2009, and listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 4 June 2010. On 28 May 2021, K Star completed the transfer listing to Sinaran Advance Group Berhad. Its shares have been classified as Shariah-compliant by the Shariah Advisory Council of the Securities Commission, Malaysia.

K-Star Sports Limited was incorporated in Singapore on 3 November 2008 as a private limited company under the name K-Star Sports Pte. Ltd. On 14 September 2009, it was converted into a public limited company and assumed its present name on the same day. It was registered in Malaysia as a foreign company on 16 September 2009 as K-Star Sports Pte. Ltd. and subsequently changed its name to K-Star Sports Limited on 17 September 2009. The Group was listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 4 June 2010. Its shares have also been classified as Shariah-compliant by the Shariah Advisory Council of the Securities Commission, Malaysia based on its latest audited financial statements. On 28 May 2021, K Star completed the transfer listing to Sinaran Advance Group Berhad.
